June in Boston brings lovely weather, which means it’s peak season. Please book your flights and accommodations as soon as possible, as prices go up significantly as you wait.
Booking a Flight, Train, or Bus
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is the only airport in Boston. Taxi directly from the airport to the venue is a short 12-minute ride. Friends and Family coming from New York have more options such as Amtrak to BBY or BOS (Back Bay Station or Boston Station) or the many varieties of bus fares from Port Authority and New York direct to Boston. Getting Around
Boston is a Walking City. Our venue is located in central Boston. If you are staying in the city, the hotel is a short walk along Newbury St. and Back Bay. Simply Uber or Lyft should get you almost anywhere. If you’d like to rent a car, city parking is usually hard, but valet parking is available from Ritz Carlton for the event.

We have three limited hotel blocks, one at our venue Ritz Carlton and two others below. Being centrally located in Boston, there are over 120 hotels within the 3-mile radius and a number of available rooms on Airbnb. We plan to set up a list for those who would like to room together and/or discuss potential options. Please email Cat, if you'd like to be on that listserv. There is a conference in Boston going on that same weekend, so I would urge you to book quickly as those are popular dates.
